Coach Weaver brings more than three decades of coaching experience and a proven record of success at multiple Indiana high school programs, Throughout his career, he has built programs centered on player development, competitive excellence, and strong community connections while compiling 422 wins. He is a three-time IBCA District 2 Coach of the Year and five-time Mid-State Coach of the Year

Bronson Lickliter has been coaching basketball at Zionsville HS for the last 6 years. Before the last two years on the boys side , he spent four years with the girls.  He is entering his twenty first year as a high school basketball coach and has served as a head coach, JV coach and varsity assistant. Prior to high school, Coach Lickliter was a player and assistant coach at Earlham College. He is currently teaching Chemistry and Biology at Zionsville HS and is the proud husband of Rita Lickliter and father of Lawson and Maxine.

Brian Heerdt, a cornerstone of Zionsville basketball, enters his impressive 17th year with the program, marking a remarkable 31-year journey across Perry Meridian and Zionsville. Coach Heerdt is a Creston High School (Michigan) '91 graduate and Purdue University graduate in '96. Coach Heerdt is currently teaching in the Health and Wellness Department in Perry Township.

Nick Claghorn is embarking on his fifth year at Zionsville, representing a decade-long commitment to coaching. Hailing from Carmel High School, where he graduated in 2001, Nick furthered his education with degrees from Indiana University in 2006 and Louisiana State University in 2013. Beyond the court, Nick is a direct mortgage lender with AnnieMac Home Mortgage.

Braden Hall, a proud alumnus of Zionsville, is now in his 7th year with the Zionsville basketball program, marking his 8th year overall as a coach. Braden's journey began at Zionsville High School, where he graduated in '15. He furthered his education at Indiana University, earning a degree in Business in '19. Braden's commitment to both his alma mater and the world of business is evident as he teaches in the Business Department at Zionsville Community High School.

With 19 years of dedicated experience across education, athletics, and coaching, including the last nine years as a Special Education teacher, Coach Marshall brings a deep commitment to student success both in the classroom and on the court.

Coach Marshall joined the Zionsville basketball coaching staff during the 2025–2026 season as a varsity and JV assistant. Prior to his arrival at Zionsville, his coaching background included three years as an assistant coach with the Butler University Men’s Basketball program, as well as extensive years leading and developing young athletes through youth basketball programs across the Indianapolis area.
